How to Enable Data Share in TraxeroGo
Data sharing lets a contractor ID share its data with connected platforms. This is turned on per contractor account from the company administrator's settings page.
What you'll need
A TraxeroGo company administrator account (this cannot be done from a standard user account)
An existing contractor ID that data sharing needs to be enabled for
Steps
Log in to your settings page. Go to TraxeroGo Settings and sign in with your company administrator account. If you've forgotten your username or password, use the reset password link.
Select Contractor Accounts from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the contractor ID you want to enable data sharing for.
Check the box to allow data sharing at the bottom of the page, then select Update.
What happens next
Once saved, the contractor ID is set to share its data with connected platforms going forward. This setting can be turned off the same way by unchecking the box and selecting Update.
