How to Add Honk in TraxeroGo
TraxeroGo supports connecting Honk to a contractor account, allowing roadside assistance dispatch requests from Honk to flow directly into the platform. This is set up from the company administrator's settings page and takes just a few minutes.
What you'll need
A TraxeroGo company administrator account (this cannot be done from a standard user account)
The Honk account information for the connection being added
If the account was previously connected to another digital platform, that connection must be disconnected first
Steps
Log in to your settings page. Go to TraxeroGo Settings and sign in with your company administrator account. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset password link or contact support at [email protected].
Select Contractor Accounts from the left-hand navigation menu.
Select the Add New button in the top right corner.
Important: If this account was previously registered on another digital platform, its ID must be disconnected from that platform before it can be registered here. Attempting to add it while still connected elsewhere will cause the registration to fail.Select Honk from the list of available platforms.
Enter your account information and click Add.
What happens next
Once added, Honk appears under Contractor Accounts and dispatch requests begin flowing into TraxeroGo. If the connection doesn't appear or sync after a few minutes, confirm it was fully disconnected from any prior platform before re-adding it.
