1. The call history can be viewed by drivers and dispatchers but the the icon will be different for each type of user. The advanced search is only available for dispatchers.

2. Once the magnifying glass icon is selected you can type to search or select Advanced Search to open more search options.
3. If you select Advanced Search you can type information into a specific field and then select search on top right corner.
