Both drivers and dispatchers can view call/job history in TraxeroGo, though the icon used to access it differs depending on your user type. Advanced Search is only available to dispatchers.
How do I find the search icon?
Dispatchers: tap the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the app.
Drivers: tap the clock/history icon at the top right of the app.
How do I do a basic search?
Once you've tapped the search icon, you can type directly into the search bar to search by keyword (for example, a vehicle model).
How do I do an advanced search? (Dispatchers only)
Tap Advanced Search from the search bar.
Fill in any of the available fields to narrow your search:
P.O. Number
Job ID
Job Status
Contractor ID
Job Description
Start Date / End Date
Disabled Address
Destination Address
Vehicle Make / Model
Tap Search in the top right corner.
